I know anxiety from the inside out.
I know what it's like to feel stuck in a perpetual state of worry and overwhelm. For years, I moved through the world disconnected from my body and emotions, feeling physically sick and chronically depressed. Life felt like a movie I was watching rather than living, with my mind always racing ten steps ahead, preparing for disasters that rarely came.
The 'overthinker'. The 'worrier'. The 'always prepared one'. These labels felt like badges of honour (after all, isn't anxiety just being responsible?), but they were keeping me trapped in patterns that weren't serving me.
Everything shifted when I discovered somatic work and Human Design. Finally, I understood why traditional self-help and therapy hadn't quite reached the core of my struggles. My body had been holding all that tension and fear, and my nervous system was stuck in that old pattern of constant vigilance.
Through somatic yoga and gentle body-based practices, I learned to:
Reconnect with my body's natural calming systems
Feel safe in moments that used to trigger panic
Recognise anxiety's early signals before they take over
Trust my body's wisdom instead of my racing thoughts
Create space for joy instead of constantly scanning for threats
Now, I guide other women struggling with anxiety in coming home to themselves. Using the tools of somatic coaching, Human Design, and gentle movement, I create a safe container for you to:
