to be human is to want more

You have a vision.
A dream that won’t go away.

A version of you that whispers:
“There’s more. You’re meant for more.”

But when you try to move toward it…
something in your body pulls back.

Fear.
Doubt.
Freeze.

You feel stuck, and you don’t know why.
I know that feeling intimately.

For years, I lived in survival mode:
👉Doing what was expected
👉Shrinking my desires
👉Believing that joy and ease were for “other people.”

As a child, I learned to take up less space.
To be grateful for crumbs, to stay small, to never dream too big.

 

Later, as an adult in London, I chased expansion:
✨dreams, opportunities, possibilities
Things I thought I finally deserved.

But still… my body pulled back.
My mind raced ahead, but I felt frozen, hopeless, caught in cycles of self-criticism and sabotage.
I could see the life I wanted, but I couldn’t reach it.

✨Everything changed when I discovered the nervous system✨

I realised my body wasn’t resisting my dreams.
It simply didn’t feel safe enough to receive them yet.

Through somatics, I learned to stop fighting myself and start working with my body, instead of against it.

I built safety where there was fear.
I built self-love where there was shame.
I built self-confidence where there was doubt.

And from there… everything opened.

Now, this is the foundation I share with my clients:
Helping women who feel stuck in survival mode, burned out, and disconnected rebuild safety in their bodies so they can reclaim authenticity, believe in their dreams, and feel safe enough to live them.

I live in London, UK.

When I’m not holding space, you’ll find me cycling in the countryside, reading, or sitting at a coffee shop watching the world go by.

I’m a 3/5 Splenic Projector with a Mountain Environment in Human Design.

I feel most at peace surrounded by animals, nature, and honest conversations.

I value softness, truth, and humour.

I believe healing happens in relationship: with your body, your dreams, and the parts of you still learning to feel safe.
